We recently became customers of TIA. We are very pleased with the service provided and the coverage/rates our agent found us. Jeramy was very responsive, informative and helpful in showing us that we could get more for less. He was also patient with us, as we asked lots of questions because we were hesitant to make a switch. I am very glad we listened to him and moved over to TIA. We highly recommend him and The Insurance Alliance. They know their stuff!

Alex did a great job of finding me a better rate than my old insurance provider on both my Car and Renter's insurance. He took the time to explain each aspect of my coverage and why (or why not) I may need something. I can't recommend these guys enough, they really know their stuff, and they really go the extra mile.
