My experience with Sean at Insurance Alliance was great! I was frustrated with my insurance because I went online to make a simple update to my auto insurance policy which was to change my mailing address. By making this small change it made my monthly payment increase by $55! All because I changed my mailing address?? I thought to myself...what does my address have to do with my auto insurance policy?? I was upset with the increase and asked to shop around for a better deal. That's when Sean called me and told me that not only would he be able to lower my monthly payment but also would be able to increase my coverage AND add renters insurance....and still have a lower monthly payment. I will admit I was skeptical at first. Sure enough, he came through for me and saved the day. My coverage limits were increased, my policy premium was lowered (substantially), and I added a renters insurance policy. I would highly recommend contacting Sean to see if he can help you like he helped me. Thanks again Sean!

FAST FAST FAST!!!! Such great people that really CARE about their customs. You can tell the staff takes great pride in their work. A storm came through damage the roof on my home and our family van. I called my agent with in minutes Travis Etheridge had all my question answered and got the proper people lined up to take care of everything. The Insurance Alliance has been such a great provider for us! Not only have we saved so much money by switching to them, but we had an accident over the Thanksgiving holiday and the driver that hit us was not insured. Our Agent kept in constant contact with us, told us how to handle the claim and got us in touch with Progressive claims specialists to get our deductible back! The entire process (which could have been a nightmare with the uninsured driver) turned out to be the very reason we will always be customers with The Insurance Alliance and Progressive!
